26 years of progressively diverse experience, including 6 years in E&P industry, in Engineering Construction, Resource Management and Contract Administration. Extensive expertise with Quality Control Procedures from structures to finishing. Experienced remote field location work for extended durations and supervised works on housing structures, office and residential complexes, building structures, existing and new roadways, access-ways, bridges, foundations, run-off/drainage works, waste water treatment systems and mass concreting works. Review of design work connected with projects, modifications and alterations to existing systems as well as installation of new equipment.
Co-ordination of all progress measuring activities with clients, consultants and contractors. Managed and supervised preparation of design package, tender/bidding process, contractual sourcing, technical and commercial evaluations of bids, award of works and monitoring of construction activities with special attention on health, safety and environmental issues handling.
Well versed in all types of project activities in multi-discipline project environment, with good skills in organization of work, planning and scheduling of activities. Have extensive ability to work under sustained pressure.
